The short version

We collect only what you actively send us through this website, and we use it only to reply to you. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t run advertising or third-party tracking on r-mcl.com.

Who we are

Rodell Morris Company Limited (“RMCL”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in Grenada, with its head office at Lagoon Road, St. George’s, Grenada. This policy covers r-mcl.com and the enquiries we receive through it. Questions about it can go to enquiries@r-mcl.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the company or topic you selected, your subject line and your message. If you email careers@r-mcl.com about a vacancy, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your CV and covering note.

Technical information. This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, it automatically records standard technical data for each request — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site online, secure and working properly. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect. We do not use advertising networks, advertising cookies, remarketing pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this site. We do not run Google DoubleClick DART or similar advertising technology. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we use it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to route it to the right company within the group — HeadWays Transportations, GrEX, PaperPlus or Atlas Solutions. Applications sent to our careers address are used to assess you for the role you applied for.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is seen by the RMCL staff handling it, and by staff at the relevant company where your enquiry concerns one of them. Two service providers process data on our behalf in the course of running the site: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and delivers it to your browser, and Resend, which delivers contact-form submissions to us as email. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a reasonable business record of our correspondence. Job applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a similar role opens. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@r-mcl.com and we’ll respond within 24 hours and action reasonable requests promptly. If you contacted us by mistake, tell us and we’ll remove the message.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance — for example to identify trusted traffic and mitigate attacks. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Children

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and limit access to those who need it.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
