Role overview
RMCL seeks a driven Business Development Officer to identify and develop new business opportunities across the Group's portfolio of companies — spanning records management, transport, logistics, and security. The role builds partnerships, opens new revenue channels, and drives sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Research markets and identify new business opportunities across RMCL's subsidiaries.
- Generate and qualify leads; build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with subsidiary leads.
- Represent the Group at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Track activity and report on pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent proven experience.
- Demonstrated track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working across multiple industries.
- Valid Grenadian driver's licence and willingness to travel across the island.
