Rodell Morris Company Limited was established in Grenada to bring independent, practical businesses together under one steady structure — patient ownership, clear governance, and room for each venture to grow on its own terms.
Our story
Started in Grenada, built for the region.
What began in 2023 as a single bill-payment service — the roots of what is today Pay by GrEX — has grown, venture by venture, into a multi-sector group. The pattern that first service set still holds: solve a concrete, everyday problem, then build the structure to run it properly.
RMCL exists because good operating businesses in Grenada often lack the structure, capital discipline and governance to grow past their first few years. We provide that foundation — incorporating ventures, giving them room to run independently, and holding them to a shared standard of transparency and long-term thinking.

RMCL does not run its companies day to day. Each one keeps its own leadership, its own customers and its own decisions. What the group provides is the scaffolding underneath — and the standard every company is held to.

RMCL is led by its managing director and founder, Cureem Morris, who built the group from the ground up — starting with a single bill-payment service in 2023 and growing it, one venture at a time, into a multi-sector group.
His background runs across retail operations, security and protective services, and cash-handling and control — hands-on experience that shapes how RMCL is run: close to the work, disciplined about process, and built to be depended on.
The board
RMCL is governed by a four-member board, appointed to provide oversight across all companies and chaired by the founder. Each operating company keeps its own leadership team and runs its own day-to-day, while the board sets group-level governance, capital allocation and strategic direction.
