Rodell Morris Company Limited was established in Grenada to bring independent, practical businesses together under one steady structure — patient ownership, clear governance, and room for each venture to grow on its own terms.
Our Story
What began in 2023 as a bill-payment service — the roots of what is today Pay by GrEX — has grown, venture by venture, into a multi-sector group. The pattern that first service set still holds across everything RMCL does: solve a concrete, everyday problem, then build the structure to run it properly.
RMCL was founded to solve a simple, recurring problem: good operating businesses in Grenada often lack the structure, capital discipline, and governance to grow past their first few years. RMCL exists to provide that foundation — incorporating ventures, giving them room to run independently, and holding them to a shared standard of transparency and long-term thinking. Several of its subsidiaries were already operating before the group was formed to bring the pieces together.
Today that group spans transportation, logistics, records management and security — each addressing a concrete, everyday need. Grenadian owned and operated, RMCL serves the tri-island state of Grenada — Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique — and is built for the wider region.

We incorporate ventures with a multi-decade horizon. Decisions are made for the business RMCL wants to be running in ten years, not the next quarter.
Every venture under RMCL is rooted in Grenada and built to serve the people and businesses of the tri-island state first, with regional expansion considered only once the local foundation is solid.
Board oversight, documented resolutions, and a defined meeting cadence — not paperwork for its own sake, but the discipline that lets subsidiaries move fast without cutting corners.
Leadership
RMCL is led by its managing director and founder, Cureem Morris. He built the group from the ground up — starting with a single bill-payment service in 2023 and growing it, one venture at a time, into a multi-sector group.
His background runs across retail operations, security and protective services, and cash-handling and control — hands-on experience that shapes how RMCL is run: close to the work, disciplined about process, and built to be depended on.
RMCL is governed by a four-member board, appointed to provide oversight across all subsidiaries and chaired by the founder. Each operating company keeps its own leadership team and runs its own day-to-day, while the board sets group-level governance, capital allocation, and strategic direction.
